For the second year, USSA Sport Education is pleased to offer a series of FREE webinars for parents of USSA skiers and snowboarders. Parents invest an extraordinary amount of time and resources for their children to compete in skiing and snowboarding, and for that investment you should expect a great return. There are many things you need to know about your child's development in skiing and snowboarding that can help make sure they reach their potential and find their involvement rewarding. USSA Sport Education Director Jon Nolting will share important tips for parents on their role in bringing out the best in their child. He will cover basic long-term athlete development concepts that parents should understand (will help provide perspective for any sport your child may be involved in), specific challenges for ski and snowboard parents and how to work through them, what to expect from your child in skiing and snowboarding, and ample time for questions afterward.  The webinars were held for each region January 31-February 7.

The recording of the final presentation is posted below, with the questions and answers from all three presentations at the end.
