The U.S. Freestyle moguls team is returning home this week from 13 days of training in Zermatt, Switzerland. Camp conditions were slightly challenging for the skiers, with an icy glacier and a bit of new snow to round out the rock solid moguls.

Zermatt provides the skiers with competition style training and the opportunity to ski with other international teams. The focus of this camp was to transition the skiers from technical skill development to performance, competition ready runs. It was a vital camp in preparation for the upcoming World Cups in December.

The moguls team will be on snow again in November at Aspen Highlands in Aspen, CO. The team will have access to full course training and will continue to develop the athletes’ high performance training before the FIS Freestyle Ski World Cup in Ruka, Finland on December 13th
