Position SummaryThe United States Ski and Snowboard Association receptionist is responsible for greeting employees and visitors and for answering phones in a friendly, professional manner. Provides administrative assistance to Insurance/ HR Administration Manager and Director of HR/Administration.
Primary Duties
Reception - Creates and maintains Receptionist protocol assuring it is in line with USSA values and mission. Coordinates with volunteers to welcome Center of Excellence visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or place and to answer phones or staffs the reception desk personally.

Required skillsExperience with multiple line PBX switch. Computer literacy. Pleasant, professional attitude. Good knowledge of USSA structure essential. Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Good grooming and semi-professional dress are recommended for this position. Responsible toReports directly to the Insurance/HR Administration Manager, indirectly to Director of Human Resources/Administration.
General Working Conditions 25 hours weekly, Schedule to be arranged during standard office hours Monday through Friday.. Part-time hourly, year-round position. |
