SEVEN SPRINGS, PA (Jan. 28) - For the second year in a row, North America’s premier amateur snowboarders and freeskiers kick off the Pop-Tarts U.S. Revolution Tour at Pennsylvania’s Seven Springs Mountain Resort. The event will be the first of three on the Rev Tour this season and will feature men’s and women’s halfpipe and slopestyle competitions for both freeskiing and snowboarding. In the past few years, Seven Springs has emerged as an East Coast terrain park powerhouse, so it comes as little surprise that it was selected as the Rev Tour’s only stop east of the Mississippi. Action begins Tues., Feb. 4 with skiing and halfpipe and runs through Friday, Feb. 7.

Highlights

  • The Rev Tour will compete at The Spot, one of seven terrain parks at Seven Springs, and home to the resort’s Olympic-sized halfpipe.
  • Seven Springs’ Olympic-sized halfpipe is traditionally one of only two on the East Coast, at 160 meters long with 22-foot walls.
  • The first event will be snowboarding halfpipe on Tues., Feb. 4.
  • The Pop-Tarts U.S. Revolution Tour is a grass roots event featuring slopestyle and halfpipe skiing and snowboarding.
  • This Rev Tour stop is a 4-star TTR event for snowboarding and an AFP bronze event for freeskiing.
  • Seven Springs has become world-renowned for its urban-inspired park, Industrial Parkway.
  • Seven Springs is an hour and a half from Pittsburgh, and within driving distance from Washington D.C. and Baltimore.
