(In reference to weather)
When you're training in Lake Placid you have to take it all with a grain of salt. Training is always difficult yet they somehow always manage to pull off a great event on the day of competition. The challenges of a difficult training day make it all the more exciting on comp day.

Emily Cook
Lake Placid is a really exciting place to compete especially with all the new athletes competing in their first world cup. The team is jumping really well, and being back here where I first started to jump and watching the younger kinds compete here is a really cool thing.
