New Hampshire native Nora Healey started snowboarding when she was just 8 years old; the following year she started competing in her local New Hampshire USASA series and hasn't looked back since. With roots in the Southwest Freeride Series, Healey has been steadily climbing the competitive ranks since 2011. She first competed on the U.S. Revolution Tour in 2014 and hit her first podium there in 2015 (second at Seven Springs and Mammoth). That year she truly made her mark when she won slopestyle at the FIS Junior World Championships in Yabuli, China. Healey continued her upward climb in 2016, taking two Rev Tour wins and podium finishes in both big air and slopestyle at the Junior World Championships (second and third respectfully). |
