Joe Discoe is known for having some of the most dynamic turns in the business. A determined and passionate athlete, Discoe loves the adrenaline and speed of the sport, enough for him to be one of the most dedicated athletes out there.

With four NorAm top-10 finishes, he was on a steady rise to success after the 2009 season, the culmination of which was his third at U.S. Championships. In 2010 Discoe continued his World Cup career in style with three top-15 finishes at the end of the season. He then went on to notch a sixth-place finish along with four other top-15s in 2011. He was also back on the U.S Championships podium with a gold medal in dual moguls.

The 2012 season saw Discoe continue building on his World Cup resume with three top-10 finishes at the end of the season to tie his career-high 15th-place ranking in the World Cup moguls standings. After all the success in his career thus far, Discoe saw the culmination of all his hard work when he earned a third-place finish at the Inawashiro World Cup in 2013. He capped that off with a gold in duals at U.S. Championships.

Discoe notched nine top-20 finishes during his winter skiing across the globe in 2014. He capped off the season with a third-place finish at U.S. Championships.

FIRST TRACKS
With a talented older brother that skied moguls, it was almost inevitable that Discoe was to follow in his footsteps. He says, "I pretty much always wanted to do what my older brother wanted to do." It has all been about moguls for Joe since he started skiing at eight years old. Soon after, he joined the Telluride Ski Club, following his brother.

OFF THE SNOW
Discoe enjoys anything that is active and outdoors: camping, mountain biking, wakeboarding, rock climbing and weightlifting. During the summer he coaches at mogul camps as well as at the Utah Olympic Park in Park City, UT.
