With style that sets him apart from the rest of the crowd, Ben Ferguson has quickly worked his way into snowboarding's elite circle, nabbing magazine covers and podium results alike. A two-time "winner" of Danny Davis' Peace Park event ("judged" by fellow riders), Ferguson is a favorite amongst his fans and peers alike. Ferguson made his mark in 2010 with a halfpipe win at the final Rev Tour stop of the season, and he stepped it up in 2011 with a 10th-place finish at the Mammoth stop of the U.S. Grand Prix. Ferguson kept his momentum going with an incredible 2012 season, where he won gold in halfpipe and earned silver in slopestyle at the inaugural Youth Olympic Games, but it was the 2013-14 season that really put Ben Ferguson on the map. Ben kicked off the Olympic season with a third-place finish at the Sprint U.S. Grand Prix at Copper Mountain. He then continued to impress fans and judges alike, making finals at nearly every event of the season. His top results include fifth at X Games and another third at the final Grand Prix in Mammoth, narrowly missing the 2014 Olympic team. He then went on to finish the season strong with a fourth at the Burton US Open. In 2015, Ben teamed up with younger brother Gabe (who is also a member of U.S. Snowboarding) to win the doubles event at Red Bull Double Pipe in Aspen, showing his skills on tranny features as well as rails and jumps. The 2016 season was stellar for Ferguson, who scored podium finishes around the globe. He earned his first X Games medal (silver) in Aspen and also took second at the Burton US Open in Vail.
