Key Measurements

 

  • Is our mission and vision being fulfilled?

  • Are we a good club and content, or are we a club striving to be great?

  • Is our board active and engaged?

  • Are our board and leadership encouraging and implementing a culture of assessment and evaluation?

  • Are regular performance reviews conducted for, 1. the organization, 2. the board,

    3. individual board members, 4. officers, and 5. executive staff leadership.

  • Are the club’s business practices and financial performance improving?

  • Are our resources, reserve funds and sustainability increasing?

  • Are we able to offer more financial aid?

  • Are both our earned revenues and development/fundraising revenues increasing?

  • Is the culture or our club improving in measurable ways?

  • Do we award and recognize all the performance aspects that are reflective of our mission, vision and club community?

  • Is our staff growing and/or adequate in meeting our mission and vision?

  • Is our staff becoming more professional with increased years of experience, higher levels of certification, advanced degrees or other professional development?

  • Are we able to better support and retain high-quality staff?

  • Do we have an ever-increasing number of judges, officials and volunteers supporting our club?
