An athlete panel featured Alice McKennis (Alpine), Jackie Hernandez (SBX), Brennan Rubie (Alpine) and Heidi Kloser (Freestyle) who answered the following questions and much, much more! Their answers and insights were priceless - thanks to these athletes for their participation. 

  • What clubs were you invovled with? How did each play a role in your success?
  • What was your most important take-away from the club experience?
  • What is your advice for current club leaders?
  • When in your career did "Best in the World" mean something to you? What did it mean?
  • Who was your most influential coach and why?

A SWOT analysis was held for individual sports focussing on national athletic success from grassroots development to transitioning into elite competitions and the national team.

 

The final session was a presentation of podium club certifications
